These terms govern access to iuli.dev and enquiries about website development, technical optimisation, technical SEO and WordPress maintenance.

Enquiries and contracts
Submitting a form, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry and does not automatically create a contract. Work begins only after requirements are clarified and a proposal or contract is accepted in writing. The accepted document defines scope, deliverables, price, schedule, revisions, payment and change control.
Consumers and withdrawal
This section applies only to individuals contracting as consumers. For a distance service contract, the consumer normally has 14 days from conclusion to withdraw by an unequivocal statement sent to office@iuli.dev. If services begin during that period at the consumer’s express request, a proportionate amount may be due for work already performed. The right is lost after full performance only where work began with prior express consent and the consumer acknowledged that full performance ends the withdrawal right. The proposal or contract records these choices; an enquiry form does not.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide lawful and accurate content and access, hold the required intellectual-property rights, protect credentials and approve legal, commercial and factual content before publication.
Intellectual property and external services
iuli.dev materials are protected by applicable law. Project rights are defined in the accepted proposal or contract. Third-party tools remain subject to their own licences and policies.
Availability and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and services secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Liability is governed by the applicable contract and mandatory law.
Privacy, law and disputes
See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Romanian law applies. Disputes should first be addressed amicably; consumers retain all mandatory rights and may contact ANPC or use applicable alternative dispute-resolution channels.
